Lark is lacking

I overall appreciate the app, however, there are a lot of areas that are in need of attention.
- There is no way to get into more detail for workouts. Sure it breaks it down a little bit but I do the stair master and sometimes rowing. The only options are Run, Walk, Bike & workout. I don’t fit into their limited boxes.
- For logging meals it’s way off. I had a few chicken sausages which has very little saturated fat and it calculated the meal at an agronomically high about of saturated fat and calories… grossly inaccurate and there’s no way to change things like some of the other apps out there.
- there’s no way to type out feedback or ask questions for your AI coach.

For these reasons, I’m out. Best of luck.

It’s OK

I find it to be redundant. I want to love it. I will stick with it but it can be discouraging on the food logging. Logging meals is frustrating because it gets some things very wrong. Also we can’t be perfect t every day (or any day!) and I will have a pretty balanced meal and it will say “Good meal, you got protein and veggies! But you also had carbs.” The carbs were one bun. It’s like ok, I don’t even want to log anything because it’s pretty hard to make the AI bot happy. Also, I don’t have an Apple Watch or fit bit. It gets my activity so wrong sometimes so I have to log it which is fine. But I will log it and it doesn’t register. So I have to log it again. Just little things that every day start to irritate. Additionally, it NEVER gets my sleep right. It’s so off it’s comical. I leave my phone on a window ledge which is NOT moving at all nuts very stable. And every morning it says, your phone was moving a lot overnight. No it wasn’t. Not at all. So every morning I have to log my sleep. Again, it’s fine, just buggy. Because I don’t have a fitness tracker and I don’t carry my phone with me everywhere u go… it is constantly telling me I’m not active enough. Overall, a bit discouraging. It’s fine and I appreciate the free app but I’m starting to dread entering things for my journey.

Super Annoying

This isn’t really an AI directed application. It is a program with canned responses and canned answers for you to choose from. It will ask you questions, provide you with a choice of answers, and those answers may not be one you would’ve chosen. Bottom line it is about the program and not about the person.
