This program is not what they say
You have to jump through hoops to get your meds. They send you letters saying you aren't doing what you are supposed to be even when you have proof! They never answer your messages, the chats are on a dark blue background with black text! If you do get an answer it's not even the person you messaged to begin with! You pay for your insurance to cover your meds but yet they fail to cover their side! It's a shame that people are doing everything they can and this place can't even keep your info up to date or keep you with a weight coach! If it wasn't for my wanting to get healthy and the meds costing 2 months worth of checks I would not even try!

My coach is great but this app doesn’t work well at all. I should be able to record my goals and workouts easier than this. IT needs to look at a different program.
App is terrible
It does not allow me to schedule the initial consultation. I spoke with the CS rep who did someone will call about helping me set up in 2 weeks . Absolutely absurd.
No show for appointment
I had an initial consultation via Zoom and no one ever joined the meeting. After 16 minutes and multiple messages, I left the meeting. Very unprofessional.
