So slow and never logs in
This is the slowest most glitchy app known to man I’m most certain. It takes FOREVER to get anywhere in the app. And then it tells
You “documents aren’t available to be viewed” or something ridiculous. Don’t even try logging in through a browser because it won’t let you and will make you call some random person who can’t help you anyway. Also, why offer a check box for “remember my email for 30 days” if it doesn’t actually work. Ridiculous. I’ve wasted literally so much of my time on this worthless app

MyLife update Horrible
The MyLife update is horrible. It’s complicated to find anything of importance. It removes the ease of seeing PA forms, hip 2.0 balance due, and many other important task/information.
Not so great
Despite numerous attempts on various devices nothing has been resolved. You can’t just call membership department without going through a thousand steps to speak to a representative, there has been multiple reasons to make this more difficult to talk to a representative, and they haven’t resolved the issue. Thus far they have an app you can’t even use. Even while they claim simplicity.

The worst insurance app
I have tried for about a year to app my plan to the app and I get an error every single time. I contact them and never get any resolution. The app sucks!
