Worst software I have ever used
I worked in IT for 33 years and I my retirement I am a caretaker for a neighbor. The organization I work through insists I use this app even though they have a software that runs on line on a computer and works perfectly. I am 79 years old, have arthritis in my right hand and texting is very hard for me. I was using the other software and then they insisted I switch to this mess. I logs out continually. I take meds to my neighbor twice a day and quite often after I give him his meds in the evening he will fall asleep. I then have to wake him up to verify the visit the next morning when I come he’ll tell me he couldn’t get back to sleep. How is this beneficial to the person you are trying to assist? If I could rate this in negative numbers that would be appropriate.

Hack for this app
I’ve had the worst time with this app always taking 5 minutes to log in and 5 minutes to log out. But I discovered that if you put your phone in airplane mode you can instantly sign in and out of the app. You’ll need to physically type the patients name but still saves so much time compared to logging in the natural way.

Terrible
This app is difficult to use. I believe this app was intentionally designed to make it more difficult for program, participants and workers. Other fiscal agents have much better applications. Switch fiscal agents if you can their applications are so much better than this one.
Lacking
This app lags upon logging in and logging out causing horrible delays logging of tmes up to 3-5 mins for it to recognize and log the action.

Medical professionals do not have b extra time to play around searching your site for a way to report. It shows you b know there’s a issue and hope we give up the search to report before we find the link.

So fix it
The app is how we click in and how we get paid. We rely on it. It not useful when you can’t log in tasks, have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to do basic things. It’s basically a garbage application. No one even responds when you contact them about the problems.
