This app lags upon logging in and logging out causing horrible delays logging of tmes up to 3-5 mins for it to recognize and log the action.

So fix it
The app is how we click in and how we get paid. We rely on it. It not useful when you can’t log in tasks, have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to do basic things. It’s basically a garbage application. No one even responds when you contact them about the problems.

Can’t get to work on my phone
Completely useless.
The amount of calls I receive from my supervisor to submit correction sheets because SanData doesn’t show them is insane. What is the point of this app if I’m constantly having to submit corrections? It’s at the point were I just want to quit my job so I don’t have to deal with SanData anymore.
Signs out too much!
Wish to give this zero stars, but can’t. I use this for work and it’s annoying when you login and then for example someone texts you and so you check the message on your phone and then you go back to the this app to continue what you was doing and then all of a sudden you’re logged out. It only takes a second and you’re left having to log back in. The log out is crazy, like I’ve had to log in so many times within a day, as well as the “remember me” toggle is a joke. So don’t take a glance at any of your other apps, you’ll waste time and then have to log back in

God awful
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. App fails to open constantly and I have to go to App Store and “force open” from store. Unable to make corrections, and the pw reset every 3 mos is annoying. Product is clearly not supported by IT backend
DO NOT USE
My company has required me to use this app for over a year. Majority of the information I put in does not transfer over to our office so they have to call me almost daily for that information. Most of our support tickets take weeks or months to get taken care of. I’d honestly rather just go back to using paper and pencil at this point.

Terrible app
Constant glitches lead to late logins and late logouts. This app creates too much stress for what it is. More hoops for healthcare professionals to jump through.

But there’s no point when the app CONSTANTLY erases tasks and fully closes out tasks/notes after even the SLIGHTEST movement on the screen. Quit messing with people’s money and fix this app. I’m sick and tired of being told that I ‘didn’t complete my tasks’ as if I didnt do my job. Figure it out.

HORRIBLE
This app lacks basic functions needed. Why does it glitch? Why does it shut down the app if you exit without logging out? This app needs major updates.
Tasks problems
Eveytime I complete the tasks on the apps, My agency say I didn’t do the tasks. And I know I complete it. Cause I always take notes. It been happening like 2 months now. Sometimes you do the tasks on the apps it happen to show yesterday client tasks. I have to clear it and enter the tasks again for my recent client.

Why agencies would use this is beyond me. Always seems to be a problem, whether from missing tasks or clock ins. Please do better, this is not a great app for logging in tasks for our clients. Causes more stress than anything.
If only they’d hire people who knew how to fix it
Mobile first development is the best practice today, but anything that won’t automatically update is removed and reinstalled (too often with no changes evident). What a pointless app. You can 100 percent disregard this app, if your client’s plan says you can. Wait for new developers to be able to code towards your particular mobile app’s browsers, which will be later than sooner. Making a schedule in EVV Sandata does nothing for this mobile app. How it cannot remember your clients and even your visits to get that data to EVV means they need fresh eyes on the future forking of whatever is standing in the way of it working as it should. 1) auto update mobile app; 2) get rid of all those extra steps in TVV; fix scheduling to not become duplicates in visit management and make it work in mobile connect app.

God awful pw reset rules no support
Needs some work
Issue 1: Logs need to go further back than a few days. They need to go back at least a week. It’s frustrating when if I lose a physical copy of my logs on say a Friday, and log on SanData so I can rewrite them only for Monday and Tuesday to be completely gone. Issue 2: The facial recognition software bugs out sometimes and won’t let me log in. Issue 3: It’s so slow when logging on. This is more recent. Issue 4: I don’t trust it to keep track of my case logs throughout my shift. And I refuse to type them up in it because of the time limit. I’ve been using Google Docs to copy and paste them. Issue 5: When going into the log history to write down my hours it will frequently freeze, causing me to close the app and open it back up.
