TERRIBLE
Laggy when using the camera to submit documents, it often glitches shuts down or just completely black screens and becomes nonresponsive the response time from the insurance companies is terrible. The app is built cheaply and glitches are not fixed. So the app is terribly optimized for use and is instead a challenge.

This app wasn’t working since the latest update but it’s finally letting me log in today 06/24/2026 and is working fine again. Thank you! 😊

It’s easy to use and very convenient!
Doesn’t work with the password app or even copy pasting
I tend to use very complicated virtually impossible to memorize passwords, because that’s one good way you don’t get hacked. But, this app for some reason does not like to import passwords from the Password app, plus it also nine times out of ten chokes when I try to copy-paste in the app more manually. So therefore, yeah, it’s difficult to get into this app.

Will not login
Using iPhone Pro 16 with up to date software. No matter what I do, the app will not allow me to login. I can login to the website no problem. I use the same user and password for the app as the website, but it does not work.
