Great tool
This app is a godsend, both for patients and staff. What makes it work is that everyone involved is responsive and reliable. It is a time saver for all parties and its responsiveness, when it relates to health issues, provides comfort that it will work as designed. Thank you!
Easier Communication
Makes it much easier to have questions answered, medication prescriptions refilled, etc. I can see test results much quicker as well though I often don’t understand the implications. Usually staff will send a message or call if the results are serious. I find some staff are more diligent about answering messages than others. Communication with physicians is non-existent unless one is fortunate to get a face to face appointment. Health care is changing & some of those changes are difficult. A patient must be their own advocate now. My Prevea does help with the advocacy.

Please change the questions. No one wants to answer the same question 10 times.
Epic
No Prevea visits show up in Epic. Otherwise I really like the app.
Message addressing issue , med vendor
1-
Previously I found it easy to address messages to multiple providers so that each sees the same info and/or data. I found that seems unavailable as an option or I am unaware of a convenient method to do so. If it is possible , I would like to be told where and how to do so. If it is me or my iPhone’s issue, I would like to know if I can correct that.
2-
I also change Part D insurers annually or nearly so, in that regard I update my preferred source of medication dispenser. But recently I noted that the medication listing which appends the dispenser, may not automatically update that info for each specific medication. With some meds it is preferable to use differing dispensers to optimize OOP costs.
