It’s easy to use and very convenient!
Doesn’t work with the password app or even copy pasting
I tend to use very complicated virtually impossible to memorize passwords, because that’s one good way you don’t get hacked. But, this app for some reason does not like to import passwords from the Password app, plus it also nine times out of ten chokes when I try to copy-paste in the app more manually. So therefore, yeah, it’s difficult to get into this app.

Will not login
Using iPhone Pro 16 with up to date software. No matter what I do, the app will not allow me to login. I can login to the website no problem. I use the same user and password for the app as the website, but it does not work.

Completely Unusable
Missing documents that I hand delivered and watched while scanned in. No explanation for assertions re “missing documents” on account. Have to keep calling and waiting 1 hour plus on the phone. Given the number of mistakes made on this app and their website, as well as the difficulty communicating with them, I believe they are both incompetent and deliberately sabotaging applications.

Not able to even use to app because it wont load. Keeps freezing up and crashing. Ridiculous, especially for people that are trying to get help that they need.
