Never works
I need to access my account but the only way to do it is on a PC it seems, since this app doesn’t function properly, I got signed out mid survey and then it just keeps putting up errors, please hire competent programmers!!
Doesn’t work for me
I downloaded the app and clicked on create an account. Followed the steps. Never received an email to finish signing up. Disappointed because I actually need access for insurance coverage verification purposes.

Unfortunately I have no good news and ditto the other reviewers to the almost “T”. The only exception to this is cannot log in haven’t been able to log in no matter what call I made or promises of calls never received period. I can say that I’ve appreciated Caresource over the last year because if it weren’t for them the hospital bills from being in the hospital, 2 surgeries, trauma therapy and visits time and again to get some semblance of normalcy from being shot 3 times I don’t actually know what I’d have done or do. The app is absolute trash YES but I can’t say that about those clearing my recovery. I know change in our coverage is coming because of our Government and unfortunately for some we will suffer tremendously. But I know this…there is something beyond our understanding and He sits above! Nothing absolutely nothing happens in this world by chance. If there is a problem…He will provide a solution and I wholeheartedly believe this. I send healing and hope to all of us in Christs name.

Can’t Sign Up
I tried twice to sign up, and both times the link emailed to me expires by the time I click on it, which is less than a minute because I’m trying to get on now.
There’s not even a help button that I see so I’m not sure what to do. I still need the info.

Can’t make payment
Since the last update, I can’t pay my monthly payment. Keeps giving me an error. Let’s me do everything except pay my bill.
So frustrating!!
It’s so difficult to find things on the new app, when you try to go to rewards you get an error page, it simply doesn’t work well at all.
The App Practically Bricked My Phone
If this is supposed to be the dominant form of paying claims by early July, you have a lot of work to do in the next few days. I had to constantly lock out my phone and unlock it just to get the keyboard to type a single letter. After finally getting the email and password situated, it didn’t even log in. I ended up just calling to make a payment, as it was faster to talk to your slow, automated line than it would be to try to log in again.

Doesn’t update invoices correctly
I want to pay by check by mail but the invoice from the app for the appropriate month doesn’t update past November of nov. I called Caresource myself to get them to mail me a physical invoice because for some reason they stopped mailing out invoices but keep Barraging me with newsletters and benefit dates about twice a month. So please, update to give out the correct information, I’m tired of calling Caresource for this problem. Please update your app
Update on June 20, 2026. Invoice still doesn’t work. Now I’m getting errors on the digital payment page

Payments aren’t working
App won’t let me make payment. Keep showing error when taking me to payment site. App always been a joke but this is getting ridiculous. Worst app ever!

This is the slowest most glitchy app known to man I’m most certain. It takes FOREVER to get anywhere in the app. And then it tells
You “documents aren’t available to be viewed” or something ridiculous. Don’t even try logging in through a browser because it won’t let you and will make you call some random person who can’t help you anyway. Also, why offer a check box for “remember my email for 30 days” if it doesn’t actually work. Ridiculous. I’ve wasted literally so much of my time on this worthless app
