Less functional than Mac GPT which seems hard to achieve

Put API key in as required, app gives error. Waste of time.

Abandoned App

I loved this app when it initially came out, along with its MacGPT counterpart. Unfortunately it seems like the dev has abandoned all efforts, which is a shame because I REALLY liked the style.

Outdated

The requests are still sent to gpt 3.5 turbo even though 4o-mini is out. Ok app, but while using API, I cant find a way to select which model of gpt to use

Bump

Why do updates come out so infrequently? Please add gpt-4o support.

Not being updated

Only supports 3.5.

Seems this app is abandoned. Mac App lacks a history feature.

Hope the developer keeps with it.

Like this app with only two issues so far

Liking this app, even more than the official one from OpenAI *because* I can control it with my own API key. The only real issues that I've run into are:

- the keyboard doesn't have a way to fully dismiss in chat mode and because it covers the tab bar, you can't change modes without doing a force quit. Just add the keyboard dismiss button or make it work by touching outside the editor and you'll be good to go.

- after discovering the above issue, I also found that there was no way to contact the developer from inside the app! Having to write a review to file a bug report seems unnecessarily heavy handed.

Update: you can get support... if you're willing to pay Elon for access to X.

Could you guys at least make a larger version that works on an iPad?

Great app would love to choose my GPT version

I have started using the GOT 4 api on my mac but somehow on this app it hasn’t been updated to show a dropdown to select my GPT version. Would appreciate that.

Installed on the iPhone 12

Installed on Macbook Pro and it's working fine but not with iPhone 12 GeePeeTee App. It's keep popping up following.

Please help😊

Not free

“ You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”

This was the very first response I got when asking a question.

It may not cost you anything to download it from the App Store, but it is not a free app.

Disingenuous app and useless download.

Cannot paste API key

It looks great, but I can’t paste my API key into the form box and I’m waaay to impatient to type it!

apikey被泄露了?

安装了geepeetee,粘贴了apikey,用了两次,余额没了,怀疑中…

It works just about

It’s a simple interface and the icon is beautiful. But I had an error. I submitted my key which was accepted. The chat session then said I had not submitted a key. The only way to get back to the menu bar is to kill the app. I resubmitted my key (still from clipboard) and this time it worked. I got a chat response but quality was so-so. I wanted to check I was using gpt4, but again, no access to the menu so I had to kill the app. I then realised this brings nothing to the party, I may as well use safari.

Tab bar not accessible when the keyboard is up

There is no way to dismiss the keyboard or and access the tab bar

Almost perfect

This app has everything I want and more. Only one complaint: As is, there is no way of knowing which model youre using. I’d like to be able to switch between gpt-3.5-turbo and gpt-4.

Needs GPT-4 option!

App is awesome! Thank you for making it amen also making it free! Options like the desktop app for GPT-4 would make this app perfect! Thanks again!!

Can’t escape the keyboard

There is no way to minimize the keyboard to get to the menu. Have to restart the app. Incorporating the online features in MacGPT would be amazing for an iPad app.

Great new app!

What a great start. I’ve tried many other competing apps, and this one looks like it has great potential. Love the interface and ability to put in your own API. Can’t wait to see future iterations of this app.

Great developer

Love the work of this developer so far
So appreciate your scaled pricing for those in lower social equity. I will be donating and I suggest you start a Patreon!
Thanks for your good work.

Useless

Full of bugs. Poor UX. Doesn’t always recognize API key. “Exceeded quota” error on first prompt.

Totally useless.
