Great app but could be even better!
I love this app but there are a few things I wish could be added. I find that there’s a few hours of lag between something getting posted vs showing up in my search alerts. Unfortunately, this has led me to miss out on bucket list vintage pieces by a few hours. I also would love if a little side bar could be added to show how far through you are in a search. Thanks and cheers!

This saves me a ton of time checking various sites. The search is better, too...just the right number of refinements and options. Also smart options on the notifications. Brilliant, easy-to-use design. Contacted them for support and got a speedy, helpful answer. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this app and am so appreciative that it exists. I've been using it for a little over a year now and it's found so many things for me. Their reverse image search is incredible - if the thing you're looking for is out there, and recently listed, their app will find it.

Game changing!
I’ve been using Gem constantly lately and it’s honestly become one of my favourite tools for finding secondhand fashion. Being able to search across so many resale platforms at once saves so much time, and I’ve found pieces I probably never would have come across otherwise. It’s especially amazing if you love vintage or are looking for specific archived items. The app is easy to use, the search is great, and it’s quickly become part of my daily routine. This is the best app to source vintage with! I LOVE the save search and notification features and really can't recommend it enough. It's a must for anyone who is looking for specific pieces, whether they're vintage or modern. I try to shop as sustainably as I can and this has been such a big help with that. Plus it saves so so much time when you only have to search one place instead of dozens! I found my white whale item with this app and will be a forever fan because of it! Thank you Gem!

My Favourite App of All Time!
Gem is incredible for so many reasons; the ease of use, wide range of search results and bookmark section are all great tools to help expand one’s secondhand collection while still being sustainable. I also learn so much while simply scrolling on this app- it can lead you to find things you never knew about before. I have told many people about it in my life but would also recommend this to anyone who loves fashion!!

Never finds the results I find myself
The concept of this app is so great, and I was excited to try it. However, most things I search will pop up as “no results,” but when I search for them on each site individually, I find listings. Basically, I still have to search for everything manually, which completely defeats the purpose. I really really hope this gets fixed because I have been hoping for an app like this for years!

Thrift sites pop-up all of the time and it would be great if you could add the ability to suggest new ones (ex: ThredUp).
