I use Gem for all my corporate and personal travel !!! Way safer than uber - I don’t feel scared getting into the car. Professional and safe.
Terrible customer service
I had a 5:00pm pickup , and changed the pickup time to an earlier time , 3:00pm . I called back within 15 minutes to change to 4:00pm instead and since it was within an hour of the 3:00 pickup i was told i would be charged extra for waiting time after 3:15 . This is a terrible system , fix it !
There should be a GRACE PERIOD to callback once a change is made whether or not the driver is on the way . Now if my driver is late, do i get a refund ? Ofcourse not !

This app is outstanding, I use it nationally for my office and it links to my corporate account perfectly! Highly recommend Gem Limousine for all my Ground Transportation needs.

The password field doesn't work - you can't enter characters

I tried to type in my password in the 'Email' tab and nothing happened. Pasting my password also doesn't work.

Gave it two shots, 2 months apart... Deleted and re-downloaded...
Login screen won't accept more than 1 character of my 8 character password....

Best service anywhere!!
This app shows just how customer focused this company is. Perhaps because they are a woman owned business, but they continually reinvest to provide the customer satisfaction and loyalty that is unique in this industry. I have used them for more than twenty five years which should speak for itself. Fairly priced, on time, excellent drivers and staff. Even the app seems bug free.
