Worst customer service
Don’t try to withdraw your money. They make it harder than a calculus exam. Customer service has provided 0 help or clarity. I am lucky to even get a response from the super clunky and outdated email system. Not to mention they don’t even have a number you can call. Awful experience

I had issues creating my account. Part of it is my fault. Account was frozen. Tried getting in touch with their customer support to explain the situation and upload all my identity details. Service has been unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I would avoid them as an exchange.

This app will take you’re money without issue then lock it down for 72 hours and u can do nothing but wait. I had to send a payment to someone when I bought and was unable to fulfill my obligations

Horrible experience
There are many stories where there freeze your account until you are verified, I understand most apps do this but it’s been three weeks and I have yet to receive any update. I have my own hard worked money deposited and they won’t let me withdraw. I would not recommend. Worst prediction app so far, their customer service is horrible.

I bought cryptocurrency without any problems, but for some unknown reason, I can't transfer it. There's absolutely no technical support, there's nowhere to call, and I can't message anyone in the chat either, but I can send an email, to which I never received a reply. I don't recommend this service.
