I fully dived into this app to discover it doesn’t have any predictive functions so I uninstalled. Then was surprised about the change for something that’s free with other apps!!!
Terrible customer service
Been with Gemini for nearly a month and having an issue with a withdrawal policy but customer service hasn’t been responsive which doesn’t help. They need to fix their system including adding live chat and a phone number. Please fix it

With today’s technology, you would think this credit card would work like many other credit cards in the space. Consumers make a payment and should post fast. Gemini takes an eternity to post to account. Also flags lots of pos transactions. Horrible credit card. Do better Twin Bros!!
App Issues
I would give this app 5 stars but the fact that the user agreement is not loading and when I contact support there is no appropriate page or link to report this issue. I can’t get past that blank screen. The user agreement should populate automatically but all I end up is a blank screen. Also, in the app, while looking at order and history the page itself never loads. The App seems to be connected to a super slow server.

Deposit delay???? During high volatility Lol
I have always loved this exchange.
But I recently made a deposit and normally have immediate access to make trades. The funds were withdrawn from my bank immediately. When I checked the app it shows a one week delay until it’s available. Its very frustrating that during a high volatility period my deposit is being used as liquidity by the exchange.
Again the withdrawal from my bank was immediate, normally it is withdrawn on Fridays.

A very useless app I still haven’t been able to withdraw or transfer my funds since I bought crypto from your stupid Gemini app.customer service is so bad I’ve opened complaint multiple times but no response my $1700 is still held by this useless app

Love the card and concept. I pay off my card balance monthly. Recently they’ve been charging me interest despite zeroing out my monthly balance on due date. They refunded it, but just the fact that I have to call to make it happen makes it not a 5 star.

CC Portal Broken
I’ve had nothing but issues with the credit card portal. I can’t make payments, I can’t see activity, payments aren’t posting. It’s just not updating at all or displaying any info that could help. I’ve contacted support but haven’t had any luck still. The other parts of the app are fine, although I highly dislike how the chart shows deposits as increases as opposed to calibrating post-deposits & showing the true performance of the portfolio, like Robinhood does. Please fix the credit card portal, I don’t use my Gemini card anymore bc I don’t know how to make payments in the app or see activity.

I started purchasing crypto on this platform. Easy to buy it, but when you sell it or unstake it, the transaction freezes, and you’re left with nothing. This happened when I unstaked solana this weekend, and I have not received the transfer into my Gemini account. I also sold about $400 of World Liberty, and somehow that transaction went through, but funds never showed up. I’d stay away from this trap.

Just Avoid
Like many others have already stated it takes them forever to “process” your credit card payment. This leads to late progressively larger late fees that they are not willing to refund whatsoever. I provided proof from my bank showing how far in advance the payments were sent and they still refuse to work with you. I no longer use the app for investments or the credit card. I am also just now reading about others getting their accounts frozen with no explanation. So I’m glad I didn’t invest that much into thins app. You shouldn’t either.

Bad
Every time you pay to often they whipe out all your banking info. They make paying a pain by constantly needing your bank info again and again. 2nd time they delete all my banking info and will not accept it to charge me more interest.
Multiple errors in app deployment +
They also sent the wrong card and will not replace it refusing to replace it with customerservice, even though the error was on their part.
App won’t open
The app won’t even open for me.
