Such an amazing idea and very user-friendly for both staff and pet owners!
I originally downloaded this app as a recommendation from a senior veterinarian who uses and loves this app, but I had some issues with a bug that prevented me from actually creating a team and therefore using the app. After expressing my concern to the team via the feedback link in the app, they got back to me SO quickly and fixed the problem! Using the app so far has been great and super easy: it’s so nice to be able to securely send a client a pic and quick update for their pet so swiftly! And a huge bonus is the owners don’t even need the app to view the updates, and the owners also cannot obtain my own personal phone number either. Very pleased with the dedication and speed the team had in helping me, and I look forward to keeping owners more involved in their pets hospital stay and sending them all of the cute pics of their pets while in my care thanks to this app :)
