Latest update rubbish

Since your last update my collection does not load like it used too. It loads about 200 items then stops. I have to go to live auctions then back to my collection then it loads another 209. This goes on an in over half an hour to get my collection loaded. Then you have to do it every time you use the app which it never did before. I have uninstalled then installed again and it’s still doing it Please go back as the last update is rubbish

Waste of time

Each presenter talks for approx one hour describing one piece of jewellery. It’s a waste of time, not everyone wants to listen to the life story of one piece of jewellery so boring.

Oh! No!

As stated by others this update is regretfully SLOW and clumsy.
Not able to recognise a ‘past account’ and tedious shopping experiance. None done. 3 hours of my life I will never get back. I am over It!

App keeps logging straight out as I open it

Can’t open the app now

The app used to be fine and worked well, but I can’t open it any more. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing it again, but it makes no difference. Maybe it’s because my phone is a bit old, but I haven’t had problems with other apps.

Can’t view items in my jewellery by code, Collection or even gemstone

Have reported 2weeks ago but still won’t accept any of the above. I have to scroll through hundreds of photos to get to the item.

Annoying

Doesn’t seem like this was tested. Downloaded the new version hoping to resolve the selection of gem stones on g collector - it’s now worse - I can’t see the gems at all from that screen and the filters don’t work. Very poor - un useable

No Pre Order

In the past there was a Pre Order Option on the app, but not any more. Now l have to wait until an auction begins and lots of times l miss out. Sometimes l don’t even tune in because of this problem.

Gemporia offers!

I have been using this from the beginning and sadly it seems to get worse. The offers come through BUT when you click on to one of the subjects does it go back to the item? NO way, it usually goes back to the beginning ,which is very frustrating when you might be over half way down the list. You must be losing quite a lot of sales through this. As for the personal collection list, so very disappointing this so called new way of displaying the items.

Lots of issues

Update from previous review. Still have to close the app constantly and restart to get current prices, and now I’m continually logged out and have to keep logging back in.
Please fix these issues

Could be good but there really are lots of issues that seem to get worse with each update! The app never updates with the current prices am always having to come out of the app and restart it to get an up to date view of prices and what’s sold. When you switch between channels it doesn’t update with the correct products but rather stays on the main gems page. The last update now has the app crashing every time I try to open it so it’s basically useless now. Please fix these issues

App update slowed viewing.

This recent app update 7.02 takes so much memory that I cannot view any of the live auctions, the previous update was the best viewing (viewing of live auctions clearest ever)

It is slow to load on my iPad. Sad, as I enjoyed watching them.

Doesn’t work

I’ve downloaded this app several times due to it not working when I return to it after using it initially. When I delete it and download it again it works for the first time only again. Really frustrating as the app shows more gem details than the website.

Terrible

I don’t know what you have done to this app but it is awful, screen blurred,presenters keep repeating all the time after ther have said what they are saying. So loose item I want. Checkout does not work unless I use another payment method.
Buffers a lot. It is crap, please fix it,it worked fine before Christmas

Blank screen

Seem to have just a blank purple screen from time to time I haven’t been able to get on for days now so cannot buy presents

If my basket has gone to checkout I cannot reaches it to pay or edit

Doesn’t work

This is like a ghost app, you click on it and there’s this weird flash and then nothing. Useless - a bit like Gemporia nowadays. Sad!

Don’t download - App no longer even opens!

Worst upgrade ever!!!! Now the app starts to open - and immediately shuts down without ever fully opening. Totally useless. To make it worse they won’t let you use the app without “upgrading” it to non-functional. Great way to lose customers as there isn’t any other easy access outside UK (no working smart phone/tablet ap, no tv channel anymore - only option is via internet which is sporadic in terms of access compared to the other methods).

Please fix this wretched application ASAP! You have succeeded in making it completely unusable!

Help! My app won’t work!

I’ve never had any problem - always been spot on brilliant - but now my app won’t let me in at all!
I get on site from an outstanding email in my in box. If I haven’t got one, I can’t get to Gemporia at all where almost all my purchases are made. Help!

Can’t open since update

App used to work fine but now I can’t open it at all since the update a few days ago. Can’t find any way to contact app support either.

Completely broken

The app is my preferred Gemporia experience but not now. As of yesterday it will not open on either iPhone or iPad - flashes up as though it is & then nothing, nor even the app window staying open. I’m up to date with updates - please fix ASAP.
