Amazing camera and I love it, in the beginning I was hesitant but now my mind changed completely to love and watch the camera all the time, the features they provided are very amazing specially the AI technology which allow the camera to automatically move with the person walking day or night, also you get to see two cameras in one, there are actually one camera at the top and one at the bottom and resolution is amazing. Install and I can watch life ongoing action within 180 degree in the surrounding areas.
Other amazing feature is the alarm setting, timing, recording and alert.
I highly recommend this product specially for areas without WIFI and you can get with solar also but electricity was available at that location so worked great and everyone was amazed with the outcome

On utilise le caméra depuis quelques temps maintenant, lorsqu’on a eu un souci, le service client a été réactif et disponible pour nous aider. Ils nous ont rapidement trouvé une solution et renvoyé un nouveau matériel.
Never buy it
The GENBOLT security cameras & app are a total waste of money. Could not get the app added to my phone, the camera would not connect. I returned it to Amazon!

Great app and very easy to use. Works perfectly with the GENBOLT cams.
Application facile à utiliser
Ça fait maintenant plusieurs mois que j’utilise l’application pour mes caméras j’ai jamais eu de problème de connexion ou autre. L’application est facile à utiliser mon père de 60 ans manipule facilement. On arrive à accéder directement aux enregistrements pas besoin d’appuyer sur milles boutons pour arriver à voir les images. L’application ne bloque pas quand on plusieurs personnes est connecté en même temps (ce qui est le cas dans certaines applications). Ayant déjà utilisé d’autres applications de caméra genbolt reste la meilleure application

Installation et utilisation aisée
L’installation a été très rapide et simple avec la carte SIM d’origine. Son utilisation est très facile. Le mode alarme fonctionne aussi avec une petite sirène qui fait tourner la tête des visiteurs.

Easy to use, but sometimes is crashing when multiple users accessed the same camera. Otherwise I recommend it.

Il dispotico è ottimo e l app fa il suo dovere, garantendo una facilità nell utilizzo della telecamera. Ottimo prodotto consigliatissimo a chi ne ha bisogno. Eccellente!
No good
This camera doesn’t open it just keeps loading. 3 or 4 attempts each time and only get on sometimes. If someone was breaking in to my cabin they’d be long gone by the time this rubbish app opened the camera.

Works great
The app is pretty good a few tricky parts on how to access the cloud storage, but other than that I find it easy to navigate easy to use and easy to connect.
Cameras and app working well
There seem to be a lot of one star reviews here… but as far as we can tell everything is working fine. We installed two cameras about a month ago and they are brilliant. And the app has been working well. The UK customer support team are very helpful and we’ve had no issues with setting up, managing the SIM card or cloud data storage.

Trick you to hit the subscription button
I did not want a subscription AT ALL. When trying to view the camera in the app the subscribe button is right in the way and when I tried to X it out it immediately said I subscribed😡. Cancel that immediately Genbolt or I will give a bad review on Amazon

Aplicația Genbolt CAM este intuitivă și stabilă. Notificările de alertă vin rapid pe telefon, iar interfața de redare a înregistrărilor este ușor de folosit.
