App never works keeps kicking me out and telling me to change my password
Worst app ever
This app makes banking so difficult, at least once or twice a week is unable to validate my password, the Face ID works for a couple of days and then nothing. Might as well just go through the website.
Works for 1/2 the time
Hardly ever works…always have to enter password 2-4 times before it ever goes through. Pain in the ****

Unable to validate information
I’ve been having so many issues with the app for some reason not being able to connect or validate my information I’m ready to just delete it and use the website. I’m so over this just not working.
Always crashing
This is the worst banking app ever. It crashes at least once a week and I have to go through and reset my password. This is stupid. Fix your broken app so I can see the money I have
I love GENCO but not this app
For as long as I can remember, I’ve not been able to utilize this app. I must go through my browser to get into my account. The app simply blanks out and closes without even allowing me to try and login. I’d love to get this resolved.

When it’s a crucial time for me to look at the app for my banking, it’s always down !!!
Doesn’t work!
This app hasn’t worked for about 2 weeks now and it is so frustrating that I have to call the bank in order to just see my account balance. This bank is terrible with technology.
Not happy
I've had the mobile app for a couple of years and the newest update will not let me use the last version!! I'm very aggravated!!

My phone cant update the new version and now I cant keep the version ive had either. The app is now useless. Thanks for screwing it up.

Since the “big update” the app no longer opens at all. Just sits on a white screen eternally.

Well you are just out of luck if you don’t have an iPhone 12, because the new update only works for iPhone 12. If you are seeing a white screen, your phone is too old to work with this update!!!!!!!! Why???????
Crappy update
The app worked fine until “new look, updated system.” Well, with the new system you get a white screen that doesn’t pull up anything. Also, when you sign in online if you can’t access all of your accounts. The whole new system is useless.
Doesn’t work.
Gee thanks. I update my banking app just to be unable to see my acct balance for weeks. Open the app and I just get a white screen until it decides to shut itself off. Nailed it⭐️
Could be better
Had to delete the app then reinstall it again. It’s working now. Finally have Face ID!!! Love this bank though.
Not Ready for Use
Screen just freezes up and never makes it to login screen.
New update
I have not been able to use the app since the new update. It is just a white screen. I am having to go to the mobile site and I can’t use many of the features because it says I need a bigger screen to view it. It’s super frustrating. Hopefully it gets fixed ASAP.
