GenDec 1.2 brings full Dark Mode, a faster template gallery, and an important fix for signatures. DARK MODE GenDec now follows your system appearance, so filing at night no longer means a white screen in a dark cockpit. Every status badge, button and lock screen was re-checked for contrast in both appearances. SIGNATURE FIX A signature captured while the app was in Dark Mode could export as white ink — invisible on the printed PDF. Signatures are now always exported as black ink, and any signature you have already saved will print correctly without signing again. 24-HOUR TIMES Departure, arrival and disinsection times now always use the 24-hour clock, matching the printed form and how a crew reads it: 22:10, not 10:10 PM. Your language and date format are untouched. FASTER AND SMOOTHER • Template previews render in the background, so the gallery scrolls without stalling and the next template is ready before you reach it • The PDF preview keeps your reading position when the document re-renders • The passport camera goes straight into review — no pause at the moment you scan • The preview is titled by route, with Sign and Template folded into one menu BACK IN YOUR HANDS • Reorder crew, passengers and stopovers again from the context menu • Deleting only asks you to confirm when there is real work to lose • Swiping a sheet down now offers to discard instead of being ignored • Restore Purchases tells you what actually happened • Marking a document as sent confirms it, with haptic feedback CLEARER DECLARATION OF HEALTH The illness field now reads as the list of everyone affected, and the health signature sits on its own line, so it no longer looks as though only one person can be declared. ALSO FIXED • A licence number typed into an otherwise empty crew or passenger row could be discarded silently • Discarding a blank aircraft that had been set as the default left you with no default aircraft • The app lock now names the biometry your device actually has — Face ID or Touch ID • Reduce Motion is respected throughout • A duplicated document now scrolls into view
