The app UI is looks great and functional. So far running as expected!
Connection to power station
I’ve tried for the past 2 hours to connect the app to the go 300 and the app doesn’t find it. Very disappointing I was very excited for this product I now might return it since it doesn’t seem to want to connect.

Please try to press and hold the IoT button on the device for 3 seconds ，and make the Wi-Fi icon flash, then search via the app. If the issue persists, please consult through the "Feedback" section in the app.
App unable to find with Bluetooth
Just got the Gendome power station today and although it turns on, the app on the iPhone is unable to find the GO 300 with Bluetooth. It is very frustrating.

This app is very smooth to use, meeting the needs of daily device monitoring and enabling remote control of my device. I hope more practical and intelligent features will be developed in the future.

The developer of the app fixed the connectivity issues and easily now one gains the functions controlled by the app to the portable power station. This is good news from an earlier frustrated customer.
Fortunately the app has bluetooth connectivity. Making the wifi connection requires a series of awkward steps and ends frequently in failure. Many iot devices in my home are simple to log into, not this one. Again, I usually opt in to using the bluetooth connection; unfortunately you have to be in very close proximity to the device to use it.
