Pointless (for me)
Useless really. Tracks all your data but you don’t get anything back. I’ve been using it for a while, I’ve built up over 2,500 points and I haven’t managed to bag any of the rewards and believe me I’ve tried them all, multiple times. The only things I’ve been eligible for is stuff that I have to pay postage for, stuff which the companies are paying them to advertise. It sounds too good to be true for a reason.

Review after 4/5 years
At first when hearing about this on the dragons den, I thought “wow this must be legit and finally something worth and useful to get into” I have been doing everything according to the apps instructions, and I have to say, it is one of the most useless, time and effort wasting rubbish I have ever invested in. After being on it for years, I have not once been able to redeem anything successfully, there’s always a timer for vouchers and what not but for some reason I either always miss it or I am far off from it, they either get sold out or there’s an issue with the application. Also many opportunities they claim where you can get for free if you sign up to this or that, but it’s not that simple, there are hidden fees and usually ends up you have to enter your payment details. Since then I have been wondering what made the dragons approve of this? only reason I can think of is, it either was a promotion within the dragons den, or the dragons had barely any knowledge about this sort of platforms and how it really works.

Not worth the risk
Could be a coincidence but a couple of weeks after downloading this app I got massively hacked and lost my whole facebook. My Amazon, eBay and hotmail were all compromised too. Perhaps not worth the risk.

I downloaded this after seeing the advertising telling me how amazing Gener8 is and mentioning the Dragon’s Den investment. I thought, why not, I’ll give it a go?
Big mistake.
I connected everything it asked me to connect, used it for browsing and watched my points pile up. Brilliant, I thought. Except apparently having the points doesn’t mean you can actually do anything with them.
I’m currently locked out of the rewards and have to wait for a countdown to get “full access”. Except my countdown has been sitting at 5 days remaining since the day I downloaded the app. It’s still saying 5 days. Five. 😂
And when you finally get access, apparently rewards are only available at certain times and in limited quantities. So you can spend your time earning points, only to discover that the reward you actually want isn’t available anymore.
What’s the point of earning thousands of points if you’re effectively prevented from spending them?
I’ve downloaded survey and rewards apps before, and some of those have been pretty pathetic, but Gener8 somehow manages to make them look generous.
The advertising makes this sound like you’re going to be rewarded for giving Gener8 access to your data. In reality, it feels like you’ve been given a shiny points counter while the actual rewards are kept behind several locked doors.
Don’t be fooled by the slick advertising or the Dragon’s Den name-drop. Read the reviews before you hand over your data. I wish I had.

Thank you for allowing an alternative way to provide for those less fortunate without physical money but with points that are equivalent🫶🏽.Also being able to reach certain goals that can always be cherished🥰

Great app great opportunities
Can’t redeem rewards fairly and they hardly give back.
Thought at first this would be a good app to use. Basically being rewarded for sharing my data. However, not is all at it seems. I set an alarm to race for a gift card and was sat there for 5 minutes before they came available. I pressed it as soon as it was available and they has sold out? Like sold out in 2 seconds. I don’t have the time and effort to sit and wait until that time every week to try and earn a gift card. There are hardly any other good offers you can claim from. They’re all free offers. I am dissatisfied as I thought they would evenly distribute awards to all users. I probably won’t continue using this app for much longer if this continues!

The prize pool is so terrible they have to offer free rewards from other site…..idk who told you guys you that any of what you offer as “rewards “ was an acceptable form of payment for my data but you guys should fire them. Idk how you thought that being cheap would be effective but you can either

You get absolutely nothing worth having on this app.
All gift cards are limited , having PayPal as an option would actually be amazing.

Misleading and “rewards” are a joke. I’m deleting. Waste of time. I’ll stick to my gaming and receipt apps that let me cash out to paypal and Amazon gift cards 🤷🏽♀️

Great customer service and great app.
Great app! Fantastic to earn freebies for what is essentially for doing what you usually do on your devices, can be a little annoying with how limited the best rewards are such as gift cards and such but there is always new gift cards being stocked on an almost daily basis! Customer service especially the representative Alex who I talked to was great with dealing with an issue in regard to a gift card link not helping. Got a response the same day and was updated consistently with its progress.
