Owed over £100
I have had a very disappointing experience with Prograd. I completed multiple tasks and accumulated over £100 in rewards, but the money was never credited to my account. When I contacted support, I was eventually told that my account had been restricted for allegedly breaching the Terms and Conditions.
However, I was not informed that my account had been restricted until I contacted them about my missing earnings, and I was not given any specific explanation of what I had supposedly done wrong. I have since emailed both support and the appeals team asking for clarification and a review, but I have received no response.
I completed the tasks in good faith and have spent a significant amount of time on the app. Losing over £100 in expected rewards with no clear explanation or effective customer support has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Prograd

Good app
I’ve tried a couple of these but this one has some of the funniest games in my personal opinion
Don’t bother if your in the uk
I thought this was good app to start with I have made £30 odd a couple of times …you can even see what your earning in £ but when you to cash out even though you get in a gift card form they convert to $. I thought I had earned £39 when I actually received £26 and they told me it was because it goes through PayPal by Tremendous …. My last payment took over a month and lots of live chats that takes day for responses. I have many issues with tracking so I have lost out on timed payments. I have spoken to customer support and even sent them screenshots and they still make excuses. How someone has managed to earn over £150 is beyond me! If you’re gonna convert my earnings from dollars to pounds just put it up as dollars… it’s unfair to make us think we earning more when we are not.

First payout in hours not true
These people aren't telling you what you may go through just to get $25! I have over $156 in my prograd account and so far, I've only gotten $25 of it and it took 5 days for that. I am still waiting on my second $25 that I requested on the 14th of July!!! First they sent me an email saying there was a technical error so I replied and they told me to reapply for it, so I did. 8 days later, no money. They sent me a second email saying they needed to manually verify it and it would take yet ANOTHER 7 DAYS! I already gave them a glowing review before all this and now I am changing my review. I still haven't received my second email $25 and I swore to them that they would receive a very bad review from me. I was verified using the correct documentation before the first $25 was sent so there is absolutely NO EXCUSE! Don't bother with this. I've resigned to never get the money that I played for days and paid money out in game to get the money that I was promised back. I will never trust Prograd again because of this.
