They don’t pay out
Got to my first review on the 18th August, says 8 days. 3 days later it was rejected apparently as is procedure, asked to go to review and another 10 day wait. We get to the end of the 10 day wait and now another problem and another 7 days. Told to not email as it takes time. I’m starting to wonder if this site is a scam site.

Do Not use!!
After earning enough to withdraw and then some I went to cash out but it said it’s under manual review and may take up to 7 days. This was 4 months ago, I have chased up on several occasions and get the same tag line back every time that it’s been dealt with. It’s clearly not and an utter scam. Don’t bother with Prograd, there are others that payout in hours. Also it wouldn’t let me post this review without being 4 stars or above!! I definitely don’t think it’s worth 1 star

Blocked payouts and no response from support
I haven’t been able to pay out since June. Says my withdrawal is “in review” which is expected to take 7 working days but withdrawal was requested in June. Nothing from customer support. At this point the only option available is small claims. I would recommend people avoid this app.

They ban your account when you start to accrue money so that you can’t withdraw it without any reasonable explanation as to why and their customer service support is basically nonexistent.

Created account & played the game to a certain level. Tried to withdraw & it got sent to manual review, now account is suspended for no reason and they owe me over £400

Straight Up Scam
I’ve been trying to cash out $21 that turns out to be a $17 net, for two weeks now. The first 8 days of processing got denied because their “automated fraud detection system cancellled the payout. The 8-day processing time is the first red-flag. I’m sure they will accuse me of something to get out of paying me. Mistplay is the only app that’s worth my time. I’ve cashed out over $500 on it and there are people in the leagues that I’ve seen accumulate enough points for hundreds in just one week.

I have been waiting for my payment for £25 for a month and have not had a response from customer support. They say they review your payment for at least 7 days and will email you when it’s ready this is a lie. Do not download this app!
Scam
I have used a few similar app. This one allowed the first pay out of £25. Has now restricted my account one I now I have £175. Claim I don’t meet terms and conditions despite not being able to say which or how these have been broken. Absolute scam.

I’ve been playing this for an about month in a half now. i got up to $60 in rewards then my first payout said “it couldn’t be processed” so i retried it & i won’t even receive it because they said that “my account seems fraudulent” so they suspended me from my own account & wont even let me cash out my rewards. will not playing this at all anymore. it took me over a week to even get an email back from anyone & that was with me emailing & messaging the chat daily to see what was going on with my payout. then they froze it.

So disappointed as I thought it’s a legit one due to the ads. I’ve been waiting for my first payout for more than a month now. They said they were manually reviewing my request and that it could take up to 7 business days and would email me when done. Been more than a month and nothing!!! Such a huge disappointment.

5 stars and not because it’s good
Earned a fair bit and decided to cash out, verified my id, waited 8 days as advised, their system flagged it, had to resubmit the payout told to wait 8 days, the system flagged it again had to resubmit so that actual people can verify it and wait 7 working days. At this point I’m seriously considering that 1) they ain’t paying 2) they have my most sensitive data and 3) they’re a scam site. They haven’t given me any reason to think otherwise.

Payout Under Review forever
This is the first GPT app I’ve ever experienced where a requested payment is not honoured and stuck under review. Don’t waste your time and enerfy. Avoid this scam app

Scam alert!
Do not download. I was earning over £100, and all of a sudden they suspended my account and refused my payout. Rejected my ID verification although I used my UK driving licence. This seems to be a common problem that they do not want to payout. I’m escalating this complaint to trading standards.

Great app, to start with. 1st payout easy, there after, rewards not recorded, games not linking. When queried it took 7 weeks and was advised security issues with account, no details given no further contact.
Avoid nothing but a fraud
This app is nothing but a scam. They get your identification and then use it to get personal loans or credit cards in your name. I signed up and played a game expecting to get £60. The minute I supplied my drivers licence on the app had a credit application made in my name.
