First payout in hours not true
These people aren't telling you what you may go through just to get $25! I have over $156 in my prograd account and so far, I've only gotten $25 of it and it took 5 days for that. I am still waiting on my second $25 that I requested on the 14th of July!!! First they sent me an email saying there was a technical error so I replied and they told me to reapply for it, so I did. 8 days later, no money. They sent me a second email saying they needed to manually verify it and it would take yet ANOTHER 7 DAYS! I already gave them a glowing review before all this and now I am changing my review. I still haven't received my second email $25 and I swore to them that they would receive a very bad review from me. I was verified using the correct documentation before the first $25 was sent so there is absolutely NO EXCUSE! Don't bother with this. I've resigned to never get the money that I played for days and paid money out in game to get the money that I was promised back. I will never trust Prograd again because of this.

This app seems to be a scam. Because my withdrawal has been waiting for two months. When I finally got the result, they said I had violated their rules. I only recharged and claimed rewards according to the instructions on their app. Saying that I violated their rules - isn't that just ridiculous?

I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for my cashout, I’m top of that his guys are charging a crazy fee. I made 24 but I’m only “receiving” $17. What a joke.
Update: just received the payout via email and was still charged an extra percentage to cash to my PayPal so like a said it’s a waste of time and a joke

Limit your withdrawals to only £25 a time and takes like 8 days to receive so the £400 I earned will take me 4-5 to withdraw with is just a big fat scam and not worth the hassle why off big rewards if can not even take it all out at once.
Already I have seen changes in the app that show once they get plenty of good reviews they will be like the rest. Biggest problem is the lack of withdrawal option and limited amount but with big rewards you could earn will never be able to withdraw all at once. The withdrawal time is very slow upto 8 days and limited £25 withdrawals is just a joke. Plenty of money apps around that payouts to PayPal in minutes.

You can really earn but cashing out a problem
I’ve been using Prograd for a couple of months and I’ve been playing two games as part of the offers. There are deadlines to reach certain levels. Sometimes you manage to reach the level, but other times you don’t however, the bigger problem for me isn’t just whether you hit the level, it’s what happens afterwards.
Rewards don’t always happen when you reach the target. In some cases, even after surpassing certain levels, the reward still doesn’t come through. The deadline/time runs out even when it feels like the level was achieved, so it’s frustrating to put in the effort and then not be rewarded as expected.
Cash-out process is slow and feels unreliable. You can only cash out a maximum of £25, and it takes forever to reach that amount. Then, when you think you’re finally going to get paid, there’s suddenly an issue and you have to cash out again. After that, they want to ensure it’s you cashing out, and the waiting continues. In my case, it’s now been more than two weeks. After confirming it was me, I now have to wait another 8 days.
If Prograd doesn’t want to payout, it shouldn’t lure people in with offers and then stall payments. I also think the maximum cash-out amount should be increased to £100.
Final verdict: I wouldn’t recommend Prograd based on my experience due to missing rewards and the long, inconsistent cash-out delays.

Cashout takes about a month
My first payout keeps getting rejected for only $17 and that’s the only limit they gave me to select and not including the fee of $3.21. I have spent money on downloaded apps but somehow the app did not track but it tracked the level i passed, im at $180 to payout but wont be able to because I can’t payout, dont waste your time, its screaming scam with this one !

Repeated rejections with no explanation
I’ve been using Prograd and have a $130 wallet balance, but my last several voucher redemptions have been rejected with no reason given:

• 25 Jun 2026, 14:42 — Rejected
• 02 Jul 2026, 10:08 — Rejected
• 09 Jul 2026, 14:51 — Rejected

Since then it’s been rejection after rejection with zero explanation in the app. I’ve seen other reviews describing the exact same pattern payouts stalling right when the balance gets meaningful. On top of that, support is basically impossible to reach, it feels like it takes forever to get any kind of response, if you get one at all. If you’re going to use this app, don’t count on being able to actually cash out what you earn.

A Scam That Will Do Anything to Not Pay You
Some of the offers on Prograd are genuinely good. Through a mix of surveys and mainly games, I built up my balance to over £100 over a couple of months. Then the problems came when I tried to withdraw my earnings. I requested a payout at the beginning of April 2026 via the app. An alert came up that my withdrawal was being “manually reviewed for safety reasons” and that it should take 7 working days. After a month of no news or contact, I contacted customer support, who simply repeated the alert I received on the app. It has now been nearly three months, I have not received any contact from Prograd and my withdrawal is apparently still being “manually reviewed” according to the app. Customer service is absolutely awful. I have explained the situation on three separate occasions and they simply repeat the same line from the app without any acknowledgement of the specific situation I have described. It makes me think they don’t have any actual human customer service at all because they sound entirely like robots. I have no idea what to do next, they have simply stolen my time and not paid me.
TLDR: an awful company that will refuse to pay you and ignore you completely when you contact them. Avoid!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Denied my first payout…Denied my 2nd attempt and…
**Finally my payout went into final review after my 2nd attempt and I was accused of suspicious activity and locked out of my account**
Initial review: The apps say that it can take up to eight days to receive the payout. After six days of my first attempt they claim the payment will not go through due to some error. Also, after playing a handful of games, the app is no longer acknowledging the new games downloaded. Am I going to get paid???? We’ll find out in about four days which will make it two weeks since my first attempt. I stopped playing the games after the first cash out denial and realizing the new games were not being acknowledged. I may start playing again if they actually pay me. And acknowledging the games I’m downloading from their app. Apps, BTW, have never been played on any of my devices.

You do not get your payout
I enjoyed using this app, playing the games and completing rewards. Unfortunately, i have had to resubmit my payout request three times. The third time sounded more official as they sent an email with a case number, and saying i will receive the money in 7 business days. that was on the 27th of june, it is now the 15th of july and i have not heard back.

Prograd looked good in the beginning but then stopped tracking progress tried to speak to customer services I have been waiting since July 4th for a reply still waiting to see if I get the cashout I made . However I have given 1star as I feel if I could’ve spoken to someone I may not have been left so anxious about the situations at hand ….Communication is key

So after all the work and money I put in to get to that level (level reaching £134.90) I am reimbursed with only £5 that doesn’t even cover the amount I paid to get to those levels ridiculous… Freecash takes the crown hands down from customer services even down to paying out there is no payout limit and you get paid same day
