Weak attempt at impartiality
“Allow new grammar schools to open”
Instead of
“Only allow comprehensive schools to operate”
Who in their right mind wouldn’t allow a school to open? But lots would prefer normal schools at their best for every child as very few kids get to go to a grammar compared to the huge amounts who don’t.
