Gridwatch Graph Colour Order
Graphs would be more insightful if Red-Gas were to be moved above Green-Wind and Blue-Bio so that you could see Gas topping up the generation total to meet demand.
Capacity graphs, great
Love the new capacity graph, it’s tricky to find that data online.
The web version is better
It’s great to be able to see how our electricity is being produced in real time. But it’s let down by the details of the graphs. The key is so small as to be unreadable (on my iPad) and trying to use 12 colours doesn’t work. There are 2 reds and 2 oranges that are indistinguishable.
The web version (Gridwatch.co.uk) is much better, so why not at least follow that, and there’s plenty of space for a better key.
