If you can get the WIFI setup at all it will disconnect in a very short time. It will be an endless cycle. Do not have this issue with any other device

Finally connected to wifi
This has been the most difficult unit to connect with the internet. We finally got it but the process is difficult due to tiny screen and positioning in our crawlspace.
Simple but still doesn’t work
Just pathetic excuse for an app. Now it does not connect to the main unit. Even when it did - the interface is unintuitive and stupid.

Had high hopes
I have a version 4 dehumidifier. It connects just fine to Wi-Fi but the app wont connect to the dehumidifier. It just crashes. No error messages or anything that can be used to troubleshoot. Customer service is nonexistent. Had high hopes. The dehumidifier is built extremely well and the company is based in North America but the control system is buggy and customer support is really bad. Stay away from the dehumidifier and the app until the reviews start improving or you’ll be in for some major frustration IMO.

Super Helpful App Control
Having this app is awesome! Saves going to the crawlspace for adjustments - so practical. I made the mistake of trying to connect with the app to the dehumidifier without reading the instructions, and it didn’t connect. Then after reading and following the step by step instructions in the manual - connecting and controlling from the App has been flawless ever since. App works on both mine and my wife’s devices.

Improved connectivity?!!? Are you kidding me? Dump this app, replace this product and wait for this awful company to liquidate. I’ve see better apps from second graders
App crashes
This app does not work at all. As soon as you try to login with your pin, the app always crashes even after reboot. Tried this app on different phones too. Very frustrating
Yup, it’s terrible.
Won’t connect 90% of the time (and no it’s not a signal issue) and when it does connect it can’t confirm changes. Won’t work at all on my iPad.

I used to love the app. Recently it stopped logging in. I generated a new login key and even changed the WiFi network for the unit.

Wifi is useless
The WiFi App might work 1 out of 200 tries. Nice feature if it was reliable. I end up crawling under the house to check the unit.
Update your App!!!
