POS

I did exactly what it instructed me to and it even said it was connected and it successfully connected but in the app my device has a little red icon next to it which means it can not see the device and I can not change anything. I erase the device three times and set it up as new each time and it would say success. But when I go to the app after it says it connects it can’t and I can’t change anything and a little red icon. So damn annoying when you pay a ton of money for something and you can’t get it to work. I hate this company and I hope they go bankrupt.

It won’t work

It won’t connect to wifi, tried everything. App is junk

App needs work

As a code developer, I feel the current state of this app is incomplete and needs an update. Here’s a list of things I have observed and documented - I’m sure there are more…
1) At times the device is unresponsive to changes in app settings. 2) After clicking Chamber History it does not display until Month or Year is clicked. 3) There is no legend for chamber history graph line colors. 4) The chamber history graph does not seem to show correct period in Day display mode. 4) Chamber history day and year modes shows 0 min Operation Time. 5) Chamber History year mode display does not show correct dates or data.

All Good

Been running for about 6 weeks in a Florida garage keeping at 50% humidity and WiFi working fine so fare. All good so far.

Designed to not work?

This app is useless. Changing a password requires you to check your email for a code, and then after putting in the new password and the code, the app says it will email instructions on how to change your password. Didn’t I just do that? Also, the app never sends that email, and the app won’t accept the new password. Rules are not given (no dashes allowed, so auto-password generator doesn’t work), nice.

It’s as if the app sucked SO BAD, that they don’t even want you to be able to log in to see exactly how bad it is.

So, despite an hour of messing around with it and putting in codes, I still can’t log in to see the app.

I hope their software development team sees this review and fires the people responsible.
