Doesn’t work
The company launched an app, but can’t support the app. Therefore, you have a server that can’t be found the constant beach ball. Customer service does not exist at this company. Shame on

Have reached out to the company multiple times about this app that is no longer working…no response. Great dehumidifier…not so great customer service!
Cannot sign up
The “Sign Up” button doesn’t work. Nothing happens when you tap it. So it is impossible to sign up for an account to use the app.
App is useless
Can’t login anymore. When I could really is a useless app. Doesn’t seem to be accurate with the moisture level. It never moves.
