Connecting equipment is a nightmare
The first time we connected it, it worked. Then we had to remove the equipment from the app to troubleshoot an issue and trying to add the equipment back is impossible. Even the installer can’t do it. Mitsubishi needs to look into the and fix it, because it’s extremely frustrating and a waste of time.

App drops MHK2 devices, randomly among zones
The MHK2 device no longer appears in a zone’s Devices list, humidity is not displayed, and the current temperature is not automatically updated.
This regression began with the 3.5.0 release.
Also, drag and drop to arrange zones does not stick.
The state machine has become even more unstable. You need to learn how to manage persistent memory.

Settings
I used to be able to configure my settings regarding thermostat control (from head or remote) and 3d-I-see settings. These are no longer available.
Operation is flakey
I’ve had this for 7 months now for my heat pump. It has gotten to the point where it displays a temp that is higher than actual and turns the air on. This has recently been happening daily. Fortunately I’ve been home so I can mess with it and get it back to actual. One time it even switched to the nighttime schedule in the middle of the day. I have switched to using the MKH2 to schedule even though it’s much more difficult that the Comfort app.

Took an already bad app and made it worse
Awful. Continues to switch from either cooling (in summer mode) to heating, or switches on its own to winter mode.
