After downloading and starting app, adding a new device was easy. I had no issues with the step by step instructions. Connecting and controlling the rs1 thermostat is straightforward. The newest version of the app is well designed.

I mean at least there is an app but it’s bad
The WORST app ever
We had heated floors installed and this controller installed. The device connected to my WiFi but the app would not connect. I tried the system reset (turning the circuit breaker off for 30 sec - I did 5 minutes) but it just reconnected to the WiFi and the app again wouldn’t connect. There’s no manual way to set a schedule. I’m having our contractor replace it with a different one.

Basic functions are working.
Geolocalisation makes the app crash. It is a mandatory function to set the usage follow up.
