Awful app
It says i can see someone between 9 and 4:30 or something, it’s 10:45. All of the providers are listed as offline and no one can answer my questions at customer service of why no providers are available, if any will be available or what to do next. IF my pcp has any openings Monday, I *might* be able to be seen then. Sick and highly frustrated and disappointed.

First Tele visit
I felt my first Tele visit was a great success it was very personal and much more comfortable than being in the office for this particular visit I was not desperately ill but think it would be wonderful not to have to get dressed get in the car and drive to the doctors office when I am feeling terrible. I’m comfortable with doing this again.

Great experience
I waited around 5 minutes to talk to a provider and a notification popped up that another provider was available. I switched over and within two minutes was discussing my sore throat. I have a history of tonsillitis and was confirmed that’s what I had. The provider set up a prescription for me to my local pharmacy. This was quick, convenient, and didn’t even have to leave my house.

Great experience
I used this at about 3:30 a.m. to consult with a doctor for sinus issues. I had a fever and wanted to see if I could get an antibiotic before a conventional clinic opened. The doctor was excellent, and the technology made it very easy to communicate. He sent a script to a 24-hour pharmacy and I was able to quickly retrieve it. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
