Poor App
Not working properly. Takes too long and sometimes not responding at all. Actions ignored and not synchronized with the car. Had to reset by customer service and had to go through the process from the beginning. No improvement made. Information lost. Extremely disappointing.

Why isn’t my remote start working??

This app could be very good, but there’s too many glitches.
Slow clunky
Please add ability to record charge amount to for home charging so we can see cost
Each function is too slow
Need real time view of car
Notifications that appear on phone are not always in app
Most remote functions need two or three tries

Received a developer response, which was the poorest response a developer could provide: They literally took the template they are provided with for responses and just pasted that as the response, and their response, which you can see below, even still says “insert guests issue here”. It seems they did not bother to even read the review or to demonstrate any care about the content of the review’s concerns and to respond in an intelligent way, and despite the name of the app… “Intelligent Assistant…”.
I took the time to provide constructive feedback that is helpful to the developer, feedback most companies would pay for, and The Developer’s response was more disappointing than the app itself.
The new GUI interface is poor. It used to have 3 dedicated large buttons for each section of commands, “engine & climate, “doors lock & unlock”, etc.,. Now there’s 5 separate small tiny little buttons for each command which causes you have to scroll to the right to see everything. This is unnecessary.
The “engine stop” button is now its own independent button on the home screen, but this is not necessary as people use the app to start their car for climate control purposes or to move the vehicle, NOT to stop the engine. Move back this engine stop function to under the “climate & engine” area.
The vehicle’s status used to be displayed right next to the door’s status, at the top centre of the home screen under the image of the car and fuel status indicators. This was very convenient to be able to see the status of the car at a quick glance, for example, “doors locked and car is parked”. Now you have to scroll down to see a vehicle status and press on it….this is inconvenient. The odd thing is there’s lots of screen space currently where the vehicle’s status used to be displaced next to where the door status is, so it would be very simple to have that status display put back into that place on the top centre of the Home Screen below the fuel status indicators.
Lastly, under “vehicle status details” there’s an error and typo: it says “vehicle status off/on” and also “engine status” off/on, (which is the same thing) but they don’t mean “engine” status they actually mean “climate” status, because when you have the heat on, it will say “engine is 84°”. But what they mean is the climate system is on warming to 84°. It’s very alarming to initially see the engine is 84°, thinking your car’s engine is running HOT and there’s something wrong…Please fix this.
Finally, under the “tire pressure status”, It just says “normal”, but why can’t it actually display the last PSI readings there?
