Useless

I don’t recall how many times I have asked it to stop charging (after refreshing the app) and it hasn’t stopped it taking me through the high cost period. .
Then when I ask it to do something it comes back with I can’t do it because the car has not been used for 233 hours. BULL!
It did work the few times I asked it to warm up the car in winter.

Trop long

Le temps de réaction de l’application est vraiment trop long. Je vois d autre appli du même genre pour d autre model de voiture électrique et il réagit plus vite merci

Slowest App

This app has been slow since I got it two years ago and I have seen no improvement since. Each time you open the app you need to wait for it to refresh. It takes longer than it should to start your vehicle through the app and recently when trying to recent the maintenance on the app I get an error that says something about “mileage entered can’t be lower than previous service” which I’m not doing!
