I’ve been using this app for a while and the core features work well, but the interface is starting to feel outdated compared to the rest of the OS. It really needs to be updated with Liquid Glass support.
Right now, the app feels flat and disconnected from the system's modern aesthetic. Adopting Liquid Glass would add that necessary depth and translucency, making the experience much more immersive and visually consistent with other premium apps. It’s a 5-star utility trapped in a legacy design. Hoping to see this addressed in the next update!

Easy enough to use
Easy enough to use and book classes. Would be good if it listed the instructors that are doing the classes though.
Malfunctioning app/software
I am consistently receiving an error message when attempting to log in, despite having a valid account with Genesis and confirming my email is correctly entered.
Poor Quality
What kind of a app is this? I tried a lot to make a payment through the app and all the time it shows that there is an error
Current glitch
For the past few days if I click on account within the app then the app immediately shuts down. Needs fixing!!

I’m having the same problem as previous comments - unable to set up a new account due to error Unknown email address for Genesis (CT4). All details are correct - please can you advise? Thanks
NewUser issue
I’m trying to sign up as a new user, but I keep getting “…The email address is unknown to Genesis (CT4)). How do I get this fixed? Checked with my branch and email is fine.
New User error
I am having trouble signing in as a new user. Instead of a verification code, I am getting an email with a (CT4) error. Can someone please help or direct me to where I can get help?
Need an alert function
Can you add an alert function to the app so that members are notified when a class is cancelled. Currently members are left high and dry when a class is cancelled. There is no notification system to alert members when a class is cancelled.

Love being able to book into my Group Fitness Classes, Crèche and suspend my membership all through the App.
