Cannot update
My old phone will not update, and it’s not worth buying a new phone just to date your AP. Sadly, now onsidering a new bank.

Transfers
Faster transfers from another bank to Genfed would be a lot nicer. Immediate same day transfers, instead of 3 days. Thank you I do appreciate the app.
Scheduled transfers
Scheduled transfers do not work. Every other month they stop working.
Check deposit
The old app was so much easier to deposit a check using the mobile app. The updated app is way more sensitive than it needs to be. It should not be this hard using the mobile app.

I love the new platform. It is very functional and helps me be more organized

Confusing and NOT User Friendly
The app is extremely convoluted and missing features that the old app had. I’m very disappointed with the new app.
Horrible App
It’s very complicated to navigate. I been trying to pay my loan for weeks but not success. And customer support doesn’t help either. I don’t know why would they change it to an app compared to the website… This is just plain trash.
Nothing works
Messages. Zelle. Just hang it up. There is no hope. Feedback works. Haha

Huge upgrade
The new GenFed app is a huge upgrade! It’s got a lot of new features like Zelle, card controls, and even lets you see your account and routing numbers right in the app. Plus, you can transfer to other members, add external accounts, see joint accounts under a different member number, and have a lot more control over basically everything compared to the old version.

New GenFed mobile app
Really love the new UI and updated capabilities. Great to see how much is accessible at just a click and the new security (MFA) is a very appreciated update!
