Very bad app
Everytime you click back when there isn’t another back button it takes you all the way back gotta start over and can never open account in the app can’t verify I’m real what a joke

I have had this app for 6 years! I like the convenience of being able to send a message. And now when I click on it, ERROR pops up! I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still same issue! My son can’t even use his debit card! They said there are no issues on their end. This is another months long issue.

Please download the latest version (26.01.23) and contact us directly at callcenter@siucu.org if you are still having any issues with the error message. As for your son's debit card, please reach out to that same email and we can assist him with any issues he may be experiencing.
Mobile deposits don’t work
Living 300 miles from a branch makes it difficult to do mobile deposits when they are constantly rejected. Absolutely ridiculous! They will say that the check is missing signature or the picture is cut off even though that’s not the case. Apparently an issue with the app or a problem on the bank side.
