Please stop the man made ads for swimwear and underwear!! I want to play the game not stare at crotches

Kalshi ad is too long.
The moment I see it, I leave genies & gems.
Most times I can’t get my spin after a Kalshi ad anyway…. Kalshi strikes again! After completing the ad which is entirely too long I did not receive my spin. What a ripoff.

Levels are Recycled
I can’t tell you how many levels I have played over and over again under the guise that it’s a new level. I am currently on level 9703 and I have played that level at least 3 times before. Why not just say you’ve reached the end of the game (like they used to) instead of making it appear like new levels are being added when it actually isn’t. That’s deceitful.

Suddenly an obnoxious number of ads
I played this game for a week. Suddenly, there is an obnoxious number of ads before EACH replay of a level. So I deleted the app.
Regularly locks up
Entertaining but far too often it locks up, usually just as I’m close to completing a level, requiring force-quitting the game which restarts the level losing all progress. Really frustrating.
Lots of cheating going on
This game cheats a lot with butterflies. Ex: You have one more tile to uncover and butterflies won’t go directly there for the win they’ll go somewhere else not needed.

I am writing this in English to ensure it reaches the development team, but I am a long-term Italian player. For over a year, my ad-based bonuses have disappeared on my main iPhone. This issue started when the 'Lost Woods' feature was introduced. Interestingly, the game works perfectly on my other, older devices under the same account and network, which confirms the issue is a bug in my specific profile sync/server data, not a general network issue.
I have opened multiple tickets and provided screen recordings and screenshots as requested, proving that the bonus area is empty. Despite this, the support team keeps sending me generic, copy-pasted replies, claiming there is 'no technical issue' and blaming third-party ad providers. It is unacceptable to ignore a verified bug that forces long-term players to spend real money to compensate for broken features. I hope this public review finally reaches a developer who knows how to fix a profile bu

Used to be fun
Used to play this a lot. Now there’s an ad after each goal is reached. I close out and reopen. Pain. Now I recall why I stopped playing game. Too many ads. Will not purchase to avoid ads. No game is worth it.

I love this game and have been playing it for years. I am almost at level 9000 but it seems the last 1000 or so are just repeating levels every 100 or so. None of the levels I have played recently are new. All just repeats of levels I’ve already beat.

Refund/compensation
I complained to this guys that I was debited twice for a single transaction on several occasions of which I took a snapshot of the transactions and forwarded to them when they reached out to me. Instead of them to resolve the problem, they blamed it on Apple and even asked me to contact Apple support. I responded that I had earlier contacted Apple support and they said it wasn’t eligible for refund. I expected this app guys to liaise with Apple to either refund or give me value for the debit. No! They didn’t not. That is not how to treat customers.
