Works as expected

I’m not sure why someone gave this one star. It worked first go for me. Took about 2 minutes. I liked I was able to start this while I was on a different floor in my house.

Useless app. We wasted $$

Any of the readings on usage, etc. don’t make any sense. It’ll show zero for days and then minus numbers. When I try to refresh it, it doesn’t do anything. I’m not even able to turn the mute button on and off. Waste of money and total frustration.

Once we have these details, we'll be able to give you clear, specific steps to get things working properly again. We definitely don't want you to feel like this was a waste — we'll make this right.

Works decently well, some shortcomings

Currently, GeniLife is just hooked up as our oil level sensor. There seems to be no way to set the warning level - it’s hardcoded to ¼ tank, which is okay, but I’d like to modify it.

Thanks for the feedback. The oil-level warning on GeniLife is currently fixed at ¼ tank and can't be adjusted by the user. I’ve passed your request for a configurable threshold to the product team for consideration in a future update. Let us know if you need any other help in the meantime.

Using with Radon Detector App does not work well with iPhone and iPad

App does not size well especially with iPad, text overlaps, and sometimes you have to shift to landscape, other times to portrait. App just appears to be poorly written.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We have made some adaptations for the iPad version and will release them in the next version.

Salt generator

Decent app. Some flaws though, I can not set a schedule for the salt generator to simply go on and off. The only scenes available are for faults, which doesn’t make any sense. I was going to pay for the notification feature but without simple scenes available its rather useless. The only alerts have to do with faults and while that is good, there should be other options. Also it is not clear what devices work with the app. I see a bilge pump monitor on the app but have not for the life of me been able to figure out the model that will work with this app. But its free so how much can i really be upset.
