I Used To Love This App
I’m really disappointed that it’s so difficult to get in contact with tech support to solve such a small problem as explaining a failure to send error message. The message doesn’t explain Why there’s a failure to send. Ive reached out to support but they’re not responding.

App is “frozen”
The app is currently “frozen”. Logged in, but was unable to do anything. Even with re-uploading the app. Was able to complete fax via website which is easy and pleasant. Previously used the app in the past, and it was a good experience. Giving four stars as I’m assuming it’s just a temporary bug.

This app is perfect. You don’t have time on your hands to email or to show up to the office. You can easily fax anything as press button. Definitely recommend this app.
