Absolutely fantastic app! Genius Fax makes sending important documents quick, easy, and stress-free. The interface is simple to use, the process is straightforward, and my faxes have gone through reliably without any hassle. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to send PDF documents directly from my phone without needing access to a traditional fax machine. Fast, dependable, and well designed. I Used To Love This App
I’m really disappointed that it’s so difficult to get in contact with tech support to solve such a small problem as explaining a failure to send error message. The message doesn’t explain Why there’s a failure to send. Ive reached out to support but they’re not responding.
Perfect
Simple, straight forward pricing 1 page is 1 credit discount for multiple pages A+ app 5 stars.
App is “frozen”
The app is currently “frozen”. Logged in, but was unable to do anything. Even with re-uploading the app. Was able to complete fax via website which is easy and pleasant. Previously used the app in the past, and it was a good experience. Giving four stars as I’m assuming it’s just a temporary bug.
Awesome
This app is perfect. You don’t have time on your hands to email or to show up to the office. You can easily fax anything as press button. Definitely recommend this app.
So Genius!
My first fact with Genius Fax went perfectly. Six pages to the SSA. Thank you for this great app!
Fast and convenient!
This app is a great resource for my office needs and I am so glad I found it. Going back and forth to copy and fax stores was very costly and sometimes frustrating. With Genius fax you just use your cell phone camera to scan the page, click purchase and send the fax and wait for the confirmation page…and Done! 👍🏾
No tech support needed! Well worth the money. The app will send you notifications of when your fax number will expire and prompts you to repurchase as you need it or to set it up for automatic payments. Enjoy. 😉
