Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify — the app does provide a 3-day free trial, and during subscription confirmation it clearly shows what’s included (including the number of recordings available for the month). There are no hidden charges, and you can cancel anytime directly from your App Store settings. If something didn’t work correctly (like the error you mentioned), that’s definitely not the intended experience — feel free to contact support and we’ll help resolve it quickly. We’re continuously improving the app and appreciate all feedback 🙌
