Lousy app
This app can’t even load, after installing update, still the same. Such a waste of time. And can’t scan app to collect points. Pretty useless….

Frustrating
Totally frustrated with the password reset processes. Ridiculous outdated and super long process which doesn’t make sense. 5 working days just to verify my birth date.
Bad apps
Why create apps when the customer support was bad…Email had sent for few weeks and there is no reply and action taken to help customer
Bad UI
Using an iPhone 14 and the design is so bad. Can’t click on profile as it’s at the edge and the bottom tabs can hardly be selected as well. Very buggy and laggy app. Not easy to use. The website on a browser is bad too. This needs to be fixed. So disappointing.

This will be my First and my Last Gor any Genting Resort Hotel either in SG or MY .. stress to the max even if U make prompt booking thru GRA app 👎👎👎👎👎
UIUX is horrible
The UI of this app is an absolute disaster.
First of all: the top bar is so thin, the search icon overlaps with whatever the original iphone top info UI that shows which app you had redirected from, eg. “chrome”, with the clock only almost a few pixels away above it.
On an iphone 12 pro, the Alliance logo is a little bit covered by the top speaker. The top right (cant tell what this is until i click into it) icon overlaps with the iphone battery icon.
Second of alI: the bottom navigation menu. WHAT IS THAT?? Its cool and new that i get to scroll it for the other page, but in iphone UX, when u swipe the bottom screen the whole app gets swiped away.
Lastly, I download the app, opened it and honestly don't know what i do with it. There is no first time tutorial, no guide. I get a location permission prompt instead lol)
TL;DR: dont know what this app is even used for and why cant genting just use back the RWG app if this is just for rewards. Why do they need so many apps? Unless there is a real reason, i don't see the purpose to keep the app

Horrible app
No option to go back to main page. Always have to close the app to go back to home page because it freezes. Bottom options don’t slide for you to pick what you want.

Whenever i click my redeem voucher. The apps crash.
