Horrible App
I’ve been trying to book a room using my account number. The website makes me go to the app. I’ve been trying for over an hour to figure out how to make a new booking on the app. Very disappointing.
Disappointing change to app
I lost over $300 because they changed how your app card works. You now have to put a password in every time you use it. I can’t remember what it was when set up years ago. It used to work on my wallet on my phone without asking for password. I come to Singapore 3x a year and always dined at Resturants like Wakuda Gordon Ramsay with family etc. spent over $2000 this trip no points. I have now deleted App and will dine else where. Don’t know why they changed but worked well before. Very disappointing

Nothing works in this app. Ads front and centre, hotel checkin buried in sub-menus. Absolutely disgraceful.
