Horrible App
I’ve been trying to book a room using my account number. The website makes me go to the app. I’ve been trying for over an hour to figure out how to make a new booking on the app. Very disappointing.
Disappointing change to app
I lost over $300 because they changed how your app card works. You now have to put a password in every time you use it. I can’t remember what it was when set up years ago. It used to work on my wallet on my phone without asking for password. I come to Singapore 3x a year and always dined at Resturants like Wakuda Gordon Ramsay with family etc. spent over $2000 this trip no points. I have now deleted App and will dine else where. Don’t know why they changed but worked well before. Very disappointing

Rubbish
Nothing works in this app. Ads front and centre, hotel checkin buried in sub-menus. Absolutely disgraceful.
No need for an app, just make the website usable
Your product managers kpi to have app downloads doesn’t make for happy customers or a great experience. This is just a data mining exercise.
Whole product is a bug
I’ve got the account with MBS for 3 yrs, now ask me to create a new one. When creating new one, it says I already have an account. It’s a dead cycle.
Not worth downloading
Worthless app. This is a wonderful example of a purely business focused org trying to do engineering. It feels like the way it works and what it does was dictated by someone non technical who never heard of a “user journey”. I feel sorry for the engineers who had to build this knowing it’s bad.

Cannot use on new iphone in ios26. Crashes when opened

一開始辦了老半天，說給10元去玩，結果是好幾台機器都失敗，再去排隊問說這卡根本不能用，結果服務員感覺像是set好一樣，啊不能用嗎這樣說，然後立刻幫我設定code，才能用。
還有，當時說辦卡送景點票，結果回飯店時一看，這些景點變成都要錢根本無法換……

this app crashes almost everytime you use it and the funniest part is that it won’t work when using the MBS WiFi, says it’s not a supported network. so silly.
Painful
After getting through a long verification process, which is full of bugs, I managed to get into the app only to find that I couldn’t even see my booking let alone modify it because it only loads of your bookings three months in advance.

Absolutely nothing works. I can’t even book a single ticket.

Error after error
Just about everything in this app generates vague errors:
- Tried accessing reservation using confirmation number - error, try again later

Bucket wish list and did not disappoint
Was given a room upgrade, the room was totally mind blowing and the view to gardens by the bay incredible. Staff fantastic, location superb. So much to see and the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will be back, ASAP
