Can’t load
Can’t load the app. Delete and reinstall at iphone 17 pro max, iOS 26.2 today, still no response. The app is not user friendly. The interface is difficult to use. What’s IT section thinking?

Same trash as other mall apps, failure on capturing receipt picture, if the company doesnt know tech then just dont use new tech please
the only time I logged in successfully was the first time
Every time it says the password is wrong. After resetting the password, it still says the password is wrong when logging in. I have done this step at least 10 times. It's been 2 years since I created my account, and the only time I logged in successfully was the first time. Not user friendly at all.

Comparing with the point, this is very very user-unfriendly, especially for the parking
Fail to deliver order without any communication until I visit the store
Although I paid and received the official receipt, the store still did not reserve for my order. No communication had been made to me before I visit the store per the instruction on the official receipt. Really disappointed.
