Can’t load
Can’t load the app. Delete and reinstall at iphone 17 pro max, iOS 26.2 today, still no response. The app is not user friendly. The interface is difficult to use. What’s IT section thinking?

the only time I logged in successfully was the first time
Every time it says the password is wrong. After resetting the password, it still says the password is wrong when logging in. I have done this step at least 10 times. It's been 2 years since I created my account, and the only time I logged in successfully was the first time. Not user friendly at all.

Fail to deliver order without any communication until I visit the store
Although I paid and received the official receipt, the store still did not reserve for my order. No communication had been made to me before I visit the store per the instruction on the official receipt. Really disappointed.

QR code scanner didn’t work, reward system was confusing and was pushed onto us despite a lack of time and taking a good 30 minutes to sort out. Wouldn’t recommend if you are on a tight schedule.

Promotion launched in the mall for $400-$100 dinning coupon but fail to use it due to app not function properly. It is no meaning to launch the promotion and it just like deception! Totally disappointed!
Cannot login and use my benefit!!!!!
They force you to register the One ID account but the old member cannot login and register this One ID at all!!!! It’s so annoying that I can’t login to my old account and redeem my privileges!!!!! Did they even test before releasing the new function ?!

As part of New World K11 loyalty programme, this app main function is to reject receipts that provided to you by the shops & restaurants with their built-in system. What a good strategy for new world to carrying out promotion and attract you to spend more at their k11 premises, while without the need to repay any benefits to customers.

User-unfriendly point earning system
Rosewood once again let me down on the point earning system. I was not being told about earning K points before entering the Butterfly Room. I just save my points as I used to when shopping in the K-11 etc. My application got rejected because I did not mention to the waitress but so do them! Besides, I once ordered a Napoleon cake through Rosewood online and tried to earn points but any points earning reminder was not mention in the website. Tried to call back Rosewood but given feedback “You chose to order online, it is more user-friendly, so fair enough”. Won‘t come again and will have my app deleted.

Need improvement
Not user-friendly at all. Login procedure is really complicated that it needs both your phone number and email. I think use either one is ok. I am the member of New World and unable add other membership in the app. It classifies K11, DPark and new world membership. Combine all of them into one is better. Customers waste time to tie all the member. It keeps loading into the login page when I click registration button.

Binding with phone number
I Can’t understand why registration of the application binding with phone number or email. If I forgot the email used to register why is my number cannot be used to register another account and simple eliminate the previous one. Even register through other social media accounts. It still crush on phone number. And cannot be register as the number is used before. Are you asking me to register anther phone number just because your app?

This app creates lots of barriers for its users, especially when you wanna use the Points.
App size should be 50 not 350mb
This app requires almost 400mb, a joke by amateurs
