I didn’t knew we have to book the slots in advance on the app. The app stopped working and removed my tickets from the app by its own.
非常不好用
一些项目必须要永这个app预约。5张票 只能绑定一张，其他的一直绑定不上去，提示相同时间已经有绑定的票，导致无法预约，也就没法玩了。
Buggy
A lot of the features are very buggy and don’t work hardly at all

Guest Services at the Park are Super Helpful!
If you’re having problems with the app. Example: Ticket Scan. You can go to the Guest Services for help! They will set everything up for you! It’s amazing. I was able to save some time since I only had half a day. Arrived at 2pm, leave at 5:30. It wasn’t super busy on the weekdays. I got through 6-7 Rides. Yes, I rode the big queue ones with virtual queue. Idk what’s wrong with the Ice Age roller coaster but they closed virtual queue for it so I had to wait about 40 mins to go on it.

It’s bad!
This app needs so much improvement. The idea is great, but it does not work and gives so many errors. Frustrating. Wasting a lot of time while at park as we can’t even use the features. You need a lot of improvement on this app to make it user friendly for everyone especially when everything is so expensive to get here and pay for the park!

Worst app & theme park
The app crash all the time & very slow. Most of the attraction are unavailable

Does not work
Gives error when opening the app
Doesn't work
App doesn't work. You sign up and verify but once you try to login you get auto logged out and an error message appears. You essentially can't use the theme park without the app as the queues require it so don't bother.
Doesn’t function
Considering that you have to use the app in order to visit without several hinderances, you’d think that it would work. You can’t log in and therefore use any of the features like VQ.
