Totally useless

As another reviewer stated, this app won’t even open. I’ve tried everything I can to get it to work. I’ve shut down my iPhone and restarted; I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it; I even started from scratch on a new iPhone. Nothing helps - the app crashes on startup every single time.
Since the last update is over a year ago, I have to take it as a sign that the developers have given up on this piece of garbage.
