Problems

Always log me out and always have problems with packages information reappearing after been closed and out of the system, this app needs so much work with the server- now is not sync on apple devices

If I could rate it zero stars I would

The app operates slowly and clunkily, you can not take a picture with ImageR the app will physically not allow the function. Inspections constantly get stuck “in progress” and nearly as constantly erase everything you’ve done while you are working on completing them. Slack is, significantly better for managing teams.

TLDR: if you are considering making the switch to this app, don’t.

Hasn’t worked properly in a long time

The app hasn’t worked since March 2025. They haven’t attempted to fix anything. We need a new new company cause building link doesn’t seem to know what they doing

Unreliable

Glitchy, buggy, lack of features compared to the website, etc. the only thing useful is that it is a portable version. I really expect more for such an expensive product.

The Out of Residence keeps disappearing and I have to reinstall the app every day.

Laziest devs in the biz!

I really don’t understand how this app can be consistently so bad. iOS 26 beta has been out for so long but you release this buggy mess with a glitched icon? Also stuff isn’t syncing correctly as usual. Sad.
