Old version was fine
I hate to give this app a bad review, but attempting to use it is so infuriating. Accessing Bulldog sports network radio is dang near impossible. It takes 10 attempts to get the broadcast to load, let alone the LIVE broadcast. Consistently times out every 2 minutes and you have to reload the page.
Please revert back to in-app listening. I miss being able to multitask/have my phone off to listen to a baseball game.
Accessing schedules and scores should not be this complicated either.
Overall, I regret updating to the latest version. Please fix things back to the way they were. I’m happy to provide consulting on the new app experience.

Poor Excuse
All I want is to see the schedule and it won’t even show that.
Frequent live audio problems!
Unable to listen to a complete football or basketball game without the app freezing or audio stopping every 5 to 10 minutes.
Works only half the time…
…and the other half of the time it doesn’t work. Gets stuck on a screen, hard to find the football schedule. This is a sorry app. Better to search info online.
Terrible
I can’t log-in to my account because glitches in the App. I have to use Safari instead. Very frustrating and UGA should launch their own App if they recommend people to use it. The Ticket Office (Reggie) said “we have no control over the App and don’t recommend using it.”
Paciolan SDK Update v 5.0.12
For me the app worked perfectly until the update listed in the title was implemented which was 1 month ago and just before the critical time of our season opener. I’ve sent two different emails to the Georgia Ticket Office with details and screenshots showing how the app is crashing on my iPhone. To date and to my knowledge…no one has even reviewed my email.

Calendar sync
I would love to have been able to only have the football schedule sync with my calendar as opposed to ALL of Georgia’s sports. Prior to syncing it said you could change this in calendar settings after you sync, but there is nowhere to change or remove the other sports….only the option to unsubscribe

Gotten better but needs more work
The live game playback has gotten better but still regularly drops out. I have to close and restart the app multiple times during a game broadcast. UGA should really press IMG to do better if this going to be the only way you can listen to games live

Terrible audio
You can no longer listen to audio in the app. It redirects to a browser. Once there, if you do something as simple as remove one ear bud and listen with one ear, it starts chirping. Get a call, and the audio picks back up? Chirping.
Only way to get it to stop is, surprise, surprise, open the browser page again. Refresh it, listen to another ad, and then get the stream going again.
Also, the feed isn’t in order. The top stories can be from days ago, and you have to scroll past several to get the updates of something that just finished.

The app continually times out. Lowest bid won. No reason that these bugs can’t be fixed z rush UGA would find someone else besides SeatGeek/IMG

Audio crashes
A decent app but the audio crashes the app all the time. Have to restart it and restart the audio.
Worthless for listening to games
The app pretty well worked prior to the 2023 season. They “updated” the app for 2023 and only once have I been able to get it to play audio.
Don’t waste your time. It’s easier to just go listen on the WSB app.

Great for game day stats but errors in history stats
While reviewing the UGA vs FL historical stats, it’s clear there is an error. **much easier to review stats than espn’s cluttery site.
1. Make the year go to 4 number because it looks like the fist year we competed was 2004.
2. (Vs FL)The longest winning and losing streaks is incorrect. Scrolling down the list can see in an instant that’s wrong.
3. (Vs FL) The home and away win loss record stats are incorrect. It has our home record at 4-1, and away record at 51-43, which is incorrect.
