Feedback forms empty
When trying to raise a new warranty complaint, feedback for previous query has been made mandatory. But the feedback form is unresponsive and empty. Creating a situation where I can’t raise a new request.
Details not updated
I updated the app but haven’t seen any improvement in bug fixes. Queries aren’t trackable, and downloaded receipts and invoices are blank or show incorrect details. Many fields are missing or unanswered. Overall, very disappointed with how the information is handled.

Whatever was showing earlier. Everything gone in new update. Only useful to see gera logo. No use

Looks like some trainees from D grade schools hired to develop and maintain this app at free of cost.
It’s very basic app that any 8th grade student can develop.
No one from CRM reachable , they hide behind this app. No proper response looks like all mins going to Mr big B for advertisement . Gera doesn’t care customer , it only cares advertising and bringing big names to show at hoardings and newspapers.

App not working after update keeps and it’s not opening
Immediately crashing when opening the app
App crashing upon start
The app is constantly crashing and not allowing to log in as well. The development team should also deploy testers before PROD release. This is unprofessional
Dysfunctional since 2 years
This app never seems to work since almost a couple of years, and it’s the ego of the Gera Management and owners that such a data can even be maintained in a normal website or even Google sheets. But all show off nothing seem to work in the app.
Please put some high quality developers and testers. Even an engineering intern can build a much better performing app.
